Dual Pump Cutter Suction Dredger

The dredger produced by our company is a self-propelled or non-self-propelled, lightweight stranded suction dredger. The hull adopts detachable box structure, equipped with horizontal moving device, winch ladder lifting device, positioning pile device, deck crane, etc., and can also be equipped with anchor, trolley and other devices. Generally, it has the functions of dredging, transporting and discharging mud. A certain amount of vacuum is generated by centrifugal pump. The dredging pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reduction gearbox. The alternator is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine to provide power and lighting for the whole dredger. When the generator set is not working, it provides lighting and emergency power. The suction cutter is driven by hydraulic motor and the suction bearing is equipped with lubrication and sealing device.
