Dredging Slurry Pump

TRODAT Dredging Slurry Pump Series  cover underwater dredging slurry pump, on-board dredging slurry pump for long distance transportation and for hard working condition, auxialiary pumps which assist dredging slurry pumps to work normally. 

 

Underwater dredging pumps are usually mounted on cutter, which can be classified according to pumping capacity into two types:

if working for middle capacity, take hydraulic submersible dredging slurry pump: 50-2800m3 (power ~400KW)

if working for big capacity, take submersible electric dredging slurry pump: ~15000m3 ((power ~6000KW)

 

The In-Cabin suction pump is available to dredge sand & gravel even gallet, which is a part of solution for long distance pumping required.

 

Horizontal self-priming water sealing pump which is auxiliary to dredging slurry pump and also can work as fire pump, cooling pump,ballast pump,bilge pump.

TDSP-W In-Cabin Dredging Pump

This series of dredging slurry pump can be mounted in cabin, also OK to be mounted on cutter ladder sometimes for dredging sediments in big particles, and transporting corrosive and abrasive solid. The single stage dredging pump can be applied to solid-liquid mixture density over 45% (gravel, breakstone, ash, mineral grains, detritus).

TDSP-C Hydraulic Dredging Pump Unit

This hydraulic dredging pump unit works as suction head with hydralic power driven. The hydraulic dredging pump impeller is made of high chromium alloy with high ability on anti-abrasion. The hydraulic dredging pump can be with dual or single agitator. Hydralic dredging pump can extract slurry with high density of solid from 50% to 70%. The stability and high efficiency give prominent features of this type of dredging slurry pump.

TDSP-E Self-Suction Dredging Pump

TDSP-E dredging pump is horizontal centrifugal pump and self-priming, which can be working as sealing pump, ballast pump, and other auxiliary marine pumps and applied to transport sea water, also petroleum products as gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, aviation kerosene, and can deliver chemical liquid with anti-corrosive mechnical seals.

Mounting Method
 

There are several ways to mount the dredging pumps onto the right place for convinent work.

 

The simple first, just fix the dredging pump base with anchor bolts and connect the outlet pipe. The dredging pump can be seperate from the pumping media through inlet pipe or can be sink in the liquid.
Or mounting by coupling device, dredging pump and outlet pipe are placed independent of each other. It is not necessary to use fasteners between dredging pump and the outlet pipe seat of the dredging pump, which is easy to get connected and detached.

TRODAT generally provides 12-months guarantee for the quality of Dredging Slurry Pump, hydraulic system and other main equipment. The warranty time starts from the work-start time. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover accidental, malicious damage, careless or wrongful operation of the Dredging Pump and corresponding parts of the dredging pumps. Wear-out parts are not covered by warranty. The wearing parts and spare parts of the dredging pump can be provided with extra cost along with the dredging pump.  More->>>

Test Ex-Factory

 

The Dredging Pump is completely tested in workroom before ex-factory, in order to guarantee good performance and safety of our dredging pump,or reuired to be tested with the machine in the project’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process of the dredging pump. The record is the evidence of qualified approved and the beginning of start-time. Also it is necessary for the users to supervise the testing process if supposed to do.

Regular Maintenance

 

1) Before startup, ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of the nameplate and there is oil in the oil chamber;

2) After 6 months of operation, check the wear of vulnerable parts and whether the mechanical seal is damaged;

3) Draw clean water for 3 ~ 5 minutes before shutdown to clean the pipeline;

4) When it is shut down for a long time, pull the pump out of the liquid level, apply antirust oil and place it in a dry environment;

5) When replacing vulnerable parts, it is strictly prohibited to smash or hit the sand pump.
