The flow components of the submersible mud pump are made of high chromium anti-friction alloy materials, which have good wear resistance and a large flow channel, and the bottom of the submersible mud pump is equipped with a stirring impeller, and through strong stirring, the sediment at the bottom can be stirred into a slurry, which can be pumped out simultaneously.
About Structure of Submersible Mud Pump
1. Composed of pump casing, impeller, and mixing impeller. The material of the protective plate is all made of high chromium anti-friction alloy material. Wear resistant, corrosion-resistant, and strong sand removal ability, able to pass through larger solid particles.
2. The whole machine is a dry-type pump, with motor up and pump down, and the motor adopts an oil chamber sealing method. Three sets of hard alloy mechanical seals are installed inside, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.
In addition to the main impeller, there is also a stirring impeller that can stir the sediment settled at the bottom of the water into turbulent flow and extract it.
4. The mixing impeller directly contacts the deposition surface and controls the concentration through the depth of submergence, making concentration control more flexible.
5. Not limited by suction distance, with high slag suction efficiency and more thorough dredging.
6. No need for auxiliary mixing or spraying devices, resulting in lower investment.
7. The equipment works directly underwater without any noise or vibration, making the site cleaner.

Installation and Precautions

1.Before starting, the electric pump should be carefully checked if there are deformation or damage during transportation, storage, and installation, loosen or detached fasteners.
2. Check for any damage, breakage in the cable. If there is any damage, it needs to be replaced to prevent leakage:
3. Check if the power supply device is safe and reliable, and the rated voltage must match the nameplate:
4. Use a meg-ohmmeter to check that the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground in the cold state should not be less than 50M:
5. It is strictly prohibited to use pump cables as installation and lifting ropes to avoid danger:
6. The rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the water inlet. If it is reversed, positions of any two wires in the cable must be switched to make sure the pump to rotate forward:
7. The water pump should be vertically submerged in the water, not allowed to be horizontally placed, and should not be trapped in sludge. When the water pump is delivered to another place, the power supply must be cut off:
8. Before stopping the electric pump, it must be put into clean water and run for a few minutes to prevent sediment from leaving inside the pump and ensure the cleanliness of the electric pump:
9. When the electric pump is not in use for a long time, it should be removed from the water to reduce the chance of moisture in the motor stator winding and increase the service life of the electric pump.
10. Under normal working conditions, after one year of operation, the electric pump should be maintained, replacing worn and vulnerable parts by good parts, checking fastening status, supplementing or replacing bearing grease and insulation oil in the oil chamber to ensure good operation of the electric pump;
11. When the water depth exceeds 20 meters, it is recommended to tie floats on the cable at intervals of 1 meter to prevent the cable from being damaged during the operation of the waterproof pump. When transporting over long distances in the water, floats should be tied to pipes at intervals of 5 meters to facilitate movement.
