    •  
    • TDSP-Z Centrifugal  Pump has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and low wear rate; smooth flow channel, good anti clogging performance, and superior cavitation performance;
    • Adopting a combination seal of auxiliary impeller and packing, as well as mechanical seal, to ensure no leakage of slag slurry;
    • Reliability design ensures a significant increase in the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the entire machine;
    • Using oil lubrication metric bearings, with reasonable setting of lubrication and cooling systems to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperatures;
    • The flow components are made of special materials, which have good wear and corrosion resistance;
    • Specially treated for seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion conditions in seawater and salt spray;
    • It can be used in multiple stages in series within the allowable pressure range, with a maximum allowable working pressure of 3.6 MPa.
    • This series of slurry pump products have the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. They are widely used in industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, mining, coal, construction & chemical industry for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurry, such as power plant ash & sludge.

    TDSP-Z Dredging Pump
     

    There are two types of shaft seals for the TDSP-Z series sludge centrifugal pump:

    • -a combination seal with auxiliary impeller and packing,
    • -and a mechanical seal.

    We use mechanical seals with high-pressure shaft seal water for multi stage sludge pumps (2 stages or more stages). Single stage or first stage of multi stage sludge pump generally adopts a combination seal of auxiliary impeller and packing sealing.
