Precautions for use: |
|
1. Before starting, carefully check whether the electric pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation, and whether the fasteners are loose or fall off; 2. Check whether the cable is damaged or broken. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced to avoid electric leakage; 3. Check whether the power supply device is safe and reliable, and the rated voltage must be consistent with the nameplate;
4. Use a megger to check the cold insulation resistance of motor stator winding to ground, which shall not be less than 50m; 5. It is forbidden to use the pump cable as the installation and lifting rope to avoid danger; 6. The rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise from the water inlet. If it is reversed, any two wires in the cable must be adjusted to the wiring position, and the pump can rotate forward; 7. The water pump shall dive vertically into the water and shall not be placed horizontally. It shall not fall into the sludge. When the water pump is transferred, the power supply must be cut off; 8. Before stopping the electric pump, it must be put into clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sediment in the pump and ensure the cleanness of the electric pump;
9. When the electric pump is not used for a long time, the electric pump shall be taken out of the water to reduce the chance of moisture on the motor stator winding and increase the service life of the electric pump; 10. Under normal working conditions, after one year of operation, the electric pump shall be maintained, the worn vulnerable parts shall be replaced, the fastening state shall be checked, and the bearing grease and insulating oil in the oil chamber shall be supplemented or replaced to ensure the good operation of the electric pump; 11. When the water depth exceeds 20m, it is recommended to tie floating floats on the cables at an interval of 1m to prevent the cables from being broken during the operation of the water pump. When the water is transported for a long distance, the water pipes shall be tied with floating floats at an interval of 5m to facilitate movement. |
