Bucket dredger basic principles
A rotary bucket excavator is installed on the steel box-shaped floating body of the bucket dredger. The bucket at the front end of the long bucket handle on the lifting arm of the excavator is extended into the water, and then the bucket handle is pushed forward through the traction steel cable, so that the bucket is in the excavation position, and then the bucket is collected to lift the steel cable for excavation. After excavation, the lifting is carried out by receiving the variable amplitude steel cable of the lifting steel cable and the suspender, and then the bucket full of sediment is lifted out of the water to an appropriate height, and then the excavator is turned to the side of the dredging ship, and the bottom door of the bucket is pulled open by the steel cable, and the sediment in the bucket is discharged. After the bucket is unloaded, the excavator turns back to the original dredging position, and the bucket is extended into the water again to continue the next operation cycle.
Technical performance of bucket dredger

Domestic small backhoe dredger
The existing small backhoe dredger supplied by our company has a bucket capacity of 0.15~1.00m and a maximum digging depth of 2.8~10.0m. It is fully hydraulic and can be amphibious.
