Pipe floats are widely used for supporting discharge hoses. They are made from high wear resistant LMDPE by rotational molding technology. Dredge floats are also manufactured in a way that will allow them to absorb the energy from vessel collision, to protect the pipelines that they are supporting. Double reinforced hardware on every float ensures a safe and secure connection to the pipe.

A pipe float set comprises of 2 pipe float halves and a galvanised assembly kit, Stainless Steel kits are available, manufactured from Recyclable and VOC free polyethylene.

Dredging floats Main Features

MDPE floater is made of excellent flexibility of medium-density polyethylene material, inside of the shell is filled with high strength polyurethane foam.

Good flexibility, and excellent impact resistance, particularly suitable for the installation in the sea.

Lightweight, easy for installation and movement, with much lower transportation costs.

Corrosive Resistance, longer working life, it could work 3 times longer than steel pontoons.
