About Maintenance of Dredging Rubber Hose for Suction & Discharge:
(1) Under working condition of ultra high pressure for cleaning, desilting, the dredging rubber hose shall not be twisted, and also should be avoided bending. If you need to bend the dredging rubber, to ensure that the bending radius of dredging rubber hose is not too small, generally not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the dredging rubber hose, otherwise it will lead to the reinforcement layer of the outer steel wire of the dredging rubber being stretched, the inner steel wire of dredging rubber hose will be compressed, thus reducing pressure strength of the entire ultra-high pressure dredging rubber hose, and ultimately affect the service life of the dredging rubber hose.
(2) In the working state of ultra high pressure for desilting, the dredging rubber hose should not be crushed by heavy staff, should not touch sharp things, should not be bended, to protect the outer layer from being abrasive; hanging the high-pressure dredging rubber hose during use and fixing firmly in every short distance.
(3) For specific cleaning operations of the dredging rubber hose,it is necessary to avoid frequent opening and closing of the handheld high-pressure gun, in order to reduce the pressure pulse on the dredging rubber hose, thereby extending the service life of the dredging rubber hose.
(4) In order to prevent accidents and prevent injury when the joint of dredging rubber hose falls off or is damaged, the ultra-high pressure dredging rubber hose should be connected with a protective sleeve of steel wire braid at the two ends of the dredging rubber hose .
(5) In the installation and disassembly of the ultra-high pressure dredging rubber hose connection, can not be forced to remove and screw for protecting the connection threads of the fillet; while requiring the outer surface of the threads need to be coated with the lubricating sticky oil during installtion, after disassembly use the protective sleeve to protect the connection threads.
(6) If ultra-high pressure dredging rubber hose is in the case of long periods of non-use, the dredging rubber hose should be emptied of internal water, the dredging rubber should be bent into a coil and placed flat according to prescribed bending diameter of the dredging rubber. Special attention should be paid to the bending of the parts near the joint of the ultra-high pressure dredging rubber hose, the joint should be coated with anti-rust oil to avoid contact with high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosive media.
