Hull system
The hull system consists of one main floating body and two side floating bodies. The floating body is welded by the marine steel plate and the skeleton. The main floating body is composed of sand pump host, gear box, sand pump, electrical appliance, hydraulic auxiliary machine, hydraulic pipeline, etc. The connection between floating bodies is connected by connecting blocks at the lower part of the hull and connecting plates at the upper part of the hull through high-strength connecting bolts, with reliable stability. The hull maintenance is mainly anti-corrosion treatment, generally once every 2 years.


Engine room system
The engine room is located in the main floating body. It is composed of marine diesel engine, gear box, sand pump, sand pump seal water pump, cooling and fire-fighting miscellaneous pump, hydraulic auxiliary engine, hydraulic gear box, standby hydraulic pump, main generator, standby generator, electrical cabinet, hydraulic valve group, system connecting pipeline and other major components approved by China Classification Society.
Dredging system
The dredging system is composed of cutter assembly, cutter frame, A-frame, traverse pulley device, left and right traverse winches, and cutter frame lifting winch. The cutter assembly consists of a cutter (5 cutter arms, replaceable wear-resistant cutter teeth, cutter bearing box, and hydraulic motor that drives the cutter rotation).


Hydraulic system
The system is composed of hydraulic pump, standby hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve group (9 valve groups in total, including proportional speed regulating valve group, emergency valve group, dual pump pressure regulating valve group, pressure regulating and diverting valve group, cutter valve group, locating pile valve group, cutter head landing valve group, left and right traverse winch valve group tension valve group, locating anchor winch valve group), left and right traverse winches, cutter head landing winches, locating anchor winches, left and right tail pile jacking cylinders. The emergency hydraulic pump is used for ship maintenance and commissioning.
