1. When the dredger is stopped, the sand in the hopper should be less than 1/2, and the boom should be slowly raised until the underwater four-corner wheel comes out of the water. There is no sand in the hopper, and then stop the front diesel engine, and then stop the rear diesel engine.
2. Move forward and backward according to the geographical situation and raise the boom. The action must be flexible. If there are big rocks or mud in the hopper, it must be cleaned.
3. Maintenance and maintenance of dredger: During use, the screws of various parts should be inspected frequently, and lubricating oil should be frequently added and maintained, especially the hopper screws and chain pins, water quadrangles and 500 reducers (divided into gear reducers, Worm reducer, etc.) butt plate, underwater four-corner wheel and other bolts (composition: head and screw) must be tightly fastened. Grease and lubricating oil should be frequently added to the rotating place, and the ship should be tied to a firm place during the flood season or shutdown to prevent the ship from being washed away or causing undue losses.
4. Frequent inspections of the chain, screws, pins, and fasteners at the fixed points of the transmission system must be firm.
5. In case of strong wind (above level 5), the machine should be shut down temporarily to avoid malfunction. The dredger should be shut down for maintenance or replacement of parts to avoid personal injury or death.
6. The magnetic separator correctly adjusts the angle of the magnetic field (definition: the field that transmits the magnetic force between objects), the water flow (unit: cubic meter per second), and adjusts the angle of the iron sand according to the grade of iron sand extracted by the user. .
