Failure Debugging for Lack of Flow or Insufficient Flow of Centrifugal Pump

Debugging |
|
There is air in the suction pipeline or pump |
the gas in the pipeline is discharged |
|
The valve in the suction or discharge pipeline is closed or opened too small. |
Open the corresponding valve |
|
Air leakage in the suction pipeline |
Check the corresponding pipelines, detect leakage and repair it |
|
The suction height is too high, and the self suction capacity of centrifugal pumps except for self suction pumps is relatively low. |
Recalculate and adjust the installation height of the pump |
|
The suction pipeline is too small or blocked |
Adjust the diameter of the inlet pipeline |

The decreasing of centrifugal pumps' outlet pressure may be caused by one or several of the followings occur simultaneously :
- The operating point is shifted towards high flow and low head;
- Motor in reversal running;
- The running speed is reduced;
- There is cavitation coming out at the pump inlet;
- There is internal leakage
- The impeller's flowing passage is blocked.
