1. Inspection of the appearance of the dredger: whether there is any damage or missing parts on the outside of the engine, whether the screws are loose, whether the output line of the generator or the control line is damaged or loose, and whether there is oil stain and rust on the surface of each part.
2. Fuel system: Whether the amount of fuel is sufficient, whether there is oil leakage or loose pipe fittings.
3. Lubrication system (including: circulating lubrication system, centralized lubrication system, etc.): add and change oil on time to ensure good lubrication, normal oil pressure, bright oil mark, unobstructed oil path, and oil quality meets the requirements.
4. Dredger cooling system: Whether the amount of water for cooling the radiator (to reduce the heat generated by the operation of the equipment) is sufficient and whether to add rust inhibitor.
5. Battery: Whether the electrolyte of the battery is at the normal level, whether the voltage is correct, and whether the connector is loose.
6. Charging motor: Is it working normally?
7. Exhaust system of dredger: Whether the muffler is damaged and whether the exhaust pipe is installed firmly.
8. Around the unit: Whether tools and accessories are placed in a safe and orderly manner, whether the lines and pipes are randomly connected; whether the surrounding debris and garbage are cleared.
