1. The method of assembling and laying water pipelines-the water pipeline of the dredger adopts a self-floating steel pipe and a rubber pipe separated connection structure. The specification of the steel pipe is 6m×Φ800mm, and the specification of the hose is 1.5m×Φ800mm. The total length of the water pipeline is 600 meters. One end is connected with the construction ship's mud pipe, the other end is equipped with an air release valve to connect with the underwater pipe, and the middle is fixed by anchoring water every 150 meters, all of which are also called flange flange or flange connection.

2 The underwater pipeline layout is set to not affect the navigation of the channel during construction, and appropriate underwater mud pipelines need to be laid. One end of the submarine pipe is connected to the water pipe, and one end is connected to the land pipe. Underwater pipe assembly is to splice the assembled units and send them into the water. The water inlet end is erected with a buoy, and its position is controlled by the anchor boat. With the cooperation of the land crane and the water anchor boat, it is gradually lengthened to the required length. In order to ensure that the interface, which is also called flange flange or flange, does not leak mud, a pneumatic wrench is used when connecting, and the reinforcement is also called flange flange or flange connecting bolts (composition: head and screw).

3 The sinking and floating of the submarine pipe The floating and sinking of the submerged pipe is operated by the principle of buoyancy generated by the water in the pipe and the weight of the pipeline. When sinking, the assembled pipeline is towed to the positioning location with an anchor boat, and the two ends are used Anchor fixation (the land end can be directly connected to the land pipe mouth), and then the water pump is injected to make it sink to the mud surface. When lifting, the two ends are separated from the water and land pipes, and the pipe openings at both ends are sealed with blind plates. The land end uses an air compressor to inject air, and the water end is left with a water outlet valve (materials: cast iron, cast steel) , Stainless steel, etc.). With the discharge of water in the pipe, the pipeline gradually floats by buoyancy.
